ReCycle Back – the name says it all and it's our highlight for a clear conscience! Our developers have succeeded and all fastener components are made with recycled plastic. The hardback panel is made from 64% recycled materials stemming from household waste. The robust, 100% recycled bag itself has a textile look and is completely PVC-free with hf-welding to make it waterproof. These stylish shopper-bags come with sturdy handles covered with soft recycled polyester band, a rounded opening for better access to your gear, and a drawstring inner closure made from recycled materials to keep things from shifting around. A detachable shoulder strap and reflective logos round off the features. The bags are part of our Made in Germany range, which means that they feature climate-neutral manufacturing at the company's headquarters in Germany. Delivery includes: 2 bags with 23 l volume each. The ReCycle Back can be locked directly to the QMR hook using a U-lock (such as the Abus 145/20).

Recycled Polyamide – functional polyamide from resource-efficient production.

Recycled polyamide obtained from used items such as fishing nets or carpets. Rather than disposing of surplus materials or residuals from textile production, we collect, process and reuse them in our production facilities. Valuable resources are put to maximal use so we need as little new raw materials as possible, protecting our climate and saving CO2.

Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish

This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.

Hard Back 2.0 – impact and abrasion resistant hard shell pannier

The hardshell pannier Hard Back 2.0 is made from a sturdy synthetic material. This makes your VAUDE pannier extremely resistant to shocks and abrasion. The exposed edges feature a protective non-slip base. You can freely rotate the lower guide hook 360 degrees so your pannier is versatile and can be adapted to any type of gear rack. Maximum load per bag is 12.5 kg.

QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 - user-friendly attachment system

QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 is a high-quality and technically sophisticated attachment system with hooks for your VAUDE panniers. This second generation is even easier to use and can be secured with a padlock (e.g. Abus 145/20) directly on the hook. The QMR system is perfect for gear racks with a tube diameter of 8 to 16 millimeters. Three reducers (8/10/13 mm) are included with the pannier. Maximum load per bag is 12.5 kg.
