The versatile, hybrid, 2.5 layer rain jacket packs down small in its own back pocket to save space. Vents under the arms provide excellent air conditioning when you're going all out. Articulated sleeves with snug cuffs keep the rain out. With waterproof stretch at the back, under the arms, cuffs and collar for unrestricted freedom of movement. Silicone elements at the sides in the waistband provide extra stability. They hold the jacket in place so you don't have to readjust it every time you change position on your bike. A small zip pocket at the chest will hold your chapstick or other small items. Well-placed reflective elements on the elbows and at the lower back ensure greater safety in poor visibility conditions. The high-quality Ceplex Active membrane developed by VAUDE is waterproof, windproof and highly breathable. It keeps moisture out and warmth in. Your VAUDE product can withstand a water column of at least 10,000 millimeters (JIS L 1092 B). The membrane is made of polyurethane (PU), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polyester (PES) and is 100 percent free of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Ceplex Active is also used as a coating.
