These waterproof rear panniers with large, highly reflective print are made from robust, PVC-free tarpaulin at our German VAUDE site near Lake Constance using a high-frequency welding process. They can be individually adjusted to just the size you want with their roll closure and are absolutely watertight. Each has an inner compartment with small zip mesh pockets to ensure clear organization. The bike bags are attached to the rear gear rack with the QMR 2.0 system and a sturdy back panel. Just pull the strap connecting the two hooks to conveniently open the system. The system can be secured with a small lock (such as the Abus 145/10, not included). It can be easily adjusted with a dial and is completed by the fully adjustable lower rail hook. A practical shoulder strap makes it easy to carry when you’re walking. For commuters who are making their way home after dark, these highly reflective bike bags are a must have for the daily journey to the office. In addition, this product is climate neutral – we’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 - user-friendly attachment system

QMR (Quick Mount Release) 2.0 is a high-quality and technically sophisticated attachment system with hooks for your VAUDE panniers. This second generation is even easier to use and can be secured with a padlock (e.g. Abus 145/20) directly on the hook. The QMR system is perfect for gear racks with a tube diameter of 8 to 16 millimeters. Three reducers (8/10/13 mm) are included with the pannier. Maximum load per bag is 12.5 kg.

Hard Back 2.0 – impact and abrasion resistant hard shell pannier

The hardshell pannier Hard Back 2.0 is made from a sturdy synthetic material. This makes your VAUDE pannier extremely resistant to shocks and abrasion. The exposed edges feature a protective non-slip base. You can freely rotate the lower guide hook 360 degrees so your pannier is versatile and can be adapted to any type of gear rack. Maximum load per bag is 12.5 kg.
